Eating Healthy

Since my degree is in Natural Health and Massage Therapy, I am constantly getting asked "What can I do to feed my kids in a more healthy way".  In our culture that seems like a very hard yet common question.  We are an "on-the-go" sort of creature and we have greatly strayed from being "chained" to the stove.  With just even those two characteristics in mind we can still choose simple measures to eat healthy.  Challenge yourself! Growth

So I was talking with my son about what I should post as our next blog.  He said "growing". Hmmm such a large statement from a little man! Well growing is a wonderful subject.  Now that Spring is upon us we all start to think of growing things...plants, gardens, flowers.  Even here in the Black Hills we get to see the green grass grow back after fires.  The fires are scary and dangerous but the beautiful growth that is produced from it is AMAZING!
